Shipping and Store Policies

Fabric Therapy is committed to processing and shipping your order within 2 business days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our orders.

Delivery time to customers will vary depending on the customer location and carrier delivery time estimates.  For shipments to Canada, delivery times may take up to 10-14 days.  For all other foreign shipments, delivery times may take up to 1-4 weeks.  Expedited shipment delivery is not available for all items or for deliveries to rural routes/addresses or post office boxes.  Additional shipping charges may apply for over-sized items and orders, express shipments and international shipments.  Contact Customer Service for available options, shipping times and rates.  We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and for any reason. 

International shipments do not include custom fees or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient or the individual placing the order.  If a country is not listed during the checkout process, we do not currently ship to that country.

Shipping and Handling charges for international shipping may be based on the estimated weight of the package.  We ship international orders via the most cost effective method. You should review the shipping charge calculation before you submit your order.  We will reduce your shipping charges if we are able to ship your order for less.  If any additional charges apply or if your order is oversized, we will contact you first prior to shipping your order.
